Court Communication Policy

Please do not contact the Judge by mail, email, phone, or in person regarding any pending case or potential lawsuit.

Ex parte communication—contact with the Judge outside of official proceedings—is strictly prohibited and may affect the outcome of a case.

If you are involved in an active case, all communication must occur through official court proceedings.
Failure to comply may result in serious consequences.

The Judge and court personnel are not authorized to provide legal advice or perform services requiring legal skill or knowledge, such as preparing legal or court documents.

Please remember all answers, pleas, filings, and requests MUST  be submitted in writing. They may be submitted by Email, Fax,  mail, or in person.
